It is my habit to indulge in six or seven hours of slumber each day; while some may deem this unhealthy, I hold a contrary opinion.

I have aptly designated this post as "suspicious," for I typically thrive remarkably well on a mere six to seven hours of slumber. Curiously, when I indulge in greater repose, I awaken feeling rather fatigued. Allow me to employ today as a case study, for I fortuitously achieved nine hours of rest, awakening with a sense of renewal. Subsequently, I pursued my academic endeavors on campus, leading to a two-hour physics lecture at 1:50 PM in the laboratory. These sessions generally captivate my interest; however, today, an inexplicable malaise enveloped me. An unforeseen wave of weariness assailed me, compelling me to recline in my seat. Fortunately, the instructor remained oblivious to my plight, and upon the conclusion of the lesson, I staggered from the laboratory, barely able to carry on. I type this memoir in hopes that others may identify with my predicament. Until then, I shall persist in my pursuit of six to seven hours of nocturnal rest.
